OK, so last night I was not going to workout. I had already talked myself into not doing it. My reasoning? I had a back spasm, I didn't think my calories were over the limit and I just wanted to watch some Christmas movies. I could miss one workout right? So, I logged my meals for the day and OMG I was over my calories by A LOT!!!! My back was still bothering me, but I decided to do the warm up and the 10 minute stretch. Well, ladies let me tell you by the time the warm up was finished I was ready to rock and roll! The spasms were gone and I felt on top of the world. Lesson -- if you don't feel like working out, dig deep and get it done. Have an awesome day!!!

    So true Jacci! For the past 2 days I've been logging my calories in advance - that way I know going into the day where I'm standing. Of course, I have to tweak throughout the day.

    You are also so spot on about working out - never once have I finished a workout and NOT felt better after!
