I am new here at mfp

Hi,
I have been using MFP for some time now, it is a great site, and this is probably my first post, I (33-YO/M) was 96 KG's and went to 84 KG's and now am @ 87KG's
.
this first 12 KG's were not lost here at MFP, but this is certainly the best site around for weight loss.
I want to go to 70KG,(I want to be the athlete i was in college). Lately i have not been able to keep up with the Gym and the diet becuase i have again started falling back in the rut, I am joining this group in the hopes that Public Humilation will get me to do something better to my life.
I would like to be friends with similiar goals here at MFP, probably helping each other by coaxing somehow to get to the gym and follow diet.

can someone point me to the 30 day shred program of what i have to do or follow something...
I am at a mediocre fitness level (3-4 KM @ 8-10Km/h), 20 minutes @ crosstrainer and then regular strength training
chest and triceps one day and back and biceps the other.0 -
Al you need is Jillian michaels 30 day shred video and either 2 or 5 lb weights0
