Hey guys, I have so much stacked up on my to do list before Christmas, so much that I don't see how I can get it all done. Yesterday it hit me that Christmas is only a week away from this coming Sunday. Yikes! Not much longer now..
I don't think I'll be able to finish with the couch 2 5k right now, I'll have to start that after the Holiday's, don't get me wrong I will be still working out just not as hard core as I have been hitting it.
I'll be instead of bending down to pick my daughter up, I'll squat down like in a squat and pick her up like she's weights lol. I'll be adding exercise to my every day routine from now till after holiday's. I have so SO much to do. I just wanted to let you all know. Also feel free to start topics up in here.
If you have any other quick workout's I can do to keep me involved in my working out, please do share someone else might be as busy or busier and need ideas as well

Do some walking lunges, I have done them in the house. Do you have stairs that you can go up and down? Push-ups, tricep dips, crunches, planks (do these things whenever you have a chance). Some of the best times for doing these things are during commercials while watching tv, or just whenever you feel like it. Running in place, football shuffle, jump rope (without the rope) are some good ones. Go for as long as you can, and then take a break. Doing some of these things for 5 to 10 min. at a time will help you a lot.

Well, first off, this time of the year is super hard.. New years is a great day to start a new plan!!
Second, I do kettlebell workouts at my home. Video i do is Lauren Brooks.. Now i wasn't sure exactly HOW MANY cals i was burning so i did a little research and came up with the webmd (rep site right??) that gave me a good figure. You burn apx 20cals a min doing Kettlebells -- thats 400 cals in 20min! See link here http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/news/20100212/kettlebell-workouts-burn-calaories-fast .. this is part of the reason i love this work out so much. I lost weight fast and was in good shap until i slacked off and stopped doing everything and eating poorly. Lauren has a 12min KB full body blast exercise on her dvd that i do daily again, yay! its easy and quick ... on the weekends i do her complete workout which is 40 mins.. that would be 800cals burned! Now i dont ever count over the 400 but i know im working hard be it if i do 12min or 40min!0
