    EPIC FAIL!!

    Started out great last week and then found I forgot about the challenge. Come on ... how do you forget?? Clearly I'm the action research data that proves it takes 21 days to form a habit.

    Week 1: 600 squats done! w00t.

    Week 2:
    13 Dec - 100 with 10 lbs weights (sets of 25, 25, 25, 25)
    (will edit this post once I am done for the 14th)

    12/14-100 squats and 60 bicycle crunches...My legs gave me the biggest wake up call that the squats are working this morning! Feeling the burn!!!!!

    Don't beat yourself up about it!! We all forget things...just jump back in the game and give it your ALL!! Glad you are back!
