I have found that just reading some your posts on anxiety and depression has helped me. I have always thought that I might have anxiety but never was certain or wanted to bring it up when i have been to the doctor. Even as a kid my dads constant mantra to me was, "Don't worry about the things you can't control." He used to tell me if you can't control it, or it is out of your hands, file it away in a filing cabinet in your brain and let it go. My current worry has been eating at me for a few months now and i am afraid it is causing me to slip into a bit of depression. My sleeping habits have changed, i have no motivation to get up for a job that i should be in love with (but hate instead), and i have mood swings that are affecting my relationships. Does anyone with similar experiences or more knowledge on this topic have any advice?
