DIet help!!!

where is a good place to find a diet.. I have IBS (or so they think) and I can not eat MSG's they give me migraines. I don't eat a lot of junk food. don't like chocolate.. I am just at a lose where to start with this stuff.. Can someone please help me out..

its not about finding a diet its about trying what works best for you in your new lifestyle change. find different foods that are low in calories and fat that doesn't irritate your tummy. everybody is different so choose wisely and sensibly. NEVER deprive yourself of certain foods, that will only trigger binges and end poorly. everything is better in moderation! if you want a candy bar then buy one (no king sizes) and use the 3 bite rule. after 3 bites throw it away because after 3 bites the craving is gone! or learn how to make low cal sweet treats to curb that sweet tooth. if you want, i do have some really good recipes for low cal sweets such as chocolate fudge and chocolate strawberry cupcakes!0
