What are your fitness and weight loss goals? You may respond in terms of pounds, bmi, clothing size, or whatever. Share with the group as we continue to encourage each other.

  • I'd like to lose a total of 136 pounds (minus the weight I've already lost)
    I'd also like my BMI to be in the normal range.

    Awesome! My goal is to lower my BMI and reduce my waist size.

    Due to the multifaceted approach that my Trainers take with my workout plan, I do not put much "weight" on what the scale says about my weight (pounds). Instead, I focus on my body fat %, visceral fat, and lean muscle. That being said, my goal is to decrease my body fat % to 35-39%, visceral to 5-7, and lean muscle to 100 +.

    It is my goal to make some major gains during the Christmas break. I have brazenly boasted that I will lose 15-20lbs, however this has to first be discussed with my Trainers. : ) Therefore, I will enjoy the weekend (in moderation) and on Monday when I go to the gym, I will set realistic goals with my Trainers. Regardless, Christmas break will be Health Driven!!!:wink:
