What if I want to lose more/less weight?

I've had a couple questions when I've posted this idea before regarding people who want/need to lose more or less weight than the 28.5 pounds burned with 100,000 calories.
The simple answer is the number of calories you burn does not indicate how much weight you will lose (or even gain). If you set your weight goals appropriately with MFP, then this will work hand-in-hand with your diet to help you reach your goals.
For example, in my case I am looking to lose between 6 and 11 more pounds for now. I will be using my exercise calories to help me reach the deficit I want to lose that weight (currently set to lose roughly a pound per week lost). Once I hit my goal, I will be eating back all of my exercise calories as part of my maintenance diet, but I will continue to work towards 100,000 calories burned as a way of getting myself into better shape, and being healthier long term.
If you have any questions about how this program can help you reach your specific goals, feel free to ask.
