So i have heard a couple things about how to battle holiday weight gain.... one that i have seen and heard alot about is to do 2 or 3 low carb days around the holidays ( I am not 100% sure of the sites that I had seen this on but I am sure it can be googled) so that it will balance out for the days where you will eat more carbs (i.e christmas, new years eve). This sounds pretty much like carb cycling ( actually that is basically what it is. lol). I think I am going to try this for the next 3 weeks while dealing with treats and yummy food. Anyone else wanna join me on this??? We can help each other out, maybe give ideas for low carb foods?

basically the idea behind this is just for the holidays. so for me that would be this week, week between xmas and new years then the week after. Do 2 or 3 days where we eat below 60 grams of carbs and the rest of the days eat a normal amount of carbs.... I figure its worth a try0
