Carb/Fat/Protein Settings

Hello Everyone,
I absolutely love this format and have the main setting figured out but I am wondering what everybody has their percentages for Carbohydrates, Fat and Protein set at. I have mine at 40/30/30 (carb/fat/protein). I have a hard time with protein so have opted to drink a protein shake every day.

I have mine set to that as well. I love my protein shake. I have it as replacement for one meal and add berries and banana to it. Not sure how the macros are really as the numbers are always green. All I concentrate on is keeping processed food out and limiting my grains, most days I don't have any. I have lots of veggies and fruit and proteins and healthy fats.0

I have mine set at 40 carb, 40 protein, 20 fat, but have found that now that I have added a few staples like nuts and natural peanut butter and olive oil my fat content is more around 30. I may need to settle into the 40/30/30 spread to be more reasonable. I have been struggling with constipation, and believe a few extra fats and less protein may be to my benefit.0
