    Thanks Jersey! Everyone is doing so well.

    I weighed in at 200.4 over the weekend! So close. Gotta get under 200 to be Sexy for Christmas!!! It is crunch time! No eating out for this girl this week. (I'm sick of the up and down due to sodium!)

    This week I'm focused on tons and tons of fruits and veggies (of all colors)!!! Hoping that will do the trick to get me to Onderland!

    Definately will have a Merry Christmas! (It is good practice for Valentines Day!)

    I'm pretty pumped about how this week is shaping up, let me tell you. It looks like I'll be about 0.6 lbs away from meeting my 30 lbs lost goal (which I secretly hoped to achieve by January 1st).

    @kandrews- You'll make t to One-derland!! And that'll be an exciting Christmas gift to yourself!

    Slight gain this week....but I'm ok with it because I've been eating a lot of cookies lately from my cookie exchange:

    Woo, loss of 1.6! Let's hope I can keep it off this time and get into the 180's (haven't been there in 6 years)
    My goals this week are not to completely over do it during Christmas, but not completely deny myself either. Lot's of working out!!! I need to find that balance :smile:

    Well I'm down to 140.5 as of yesterday... not sure how well I'll hold up over the next few days with all the temptations, but looking forward to a few days of relaxing. I'm amazed I've lost anything these past 2 weeks, feel like I've been eating poorly and can feel how it affects me :sick: some diet sodas and white bread habits and I'm feeling like a giant blob (although a blob that has somehow lost weight?)

    I'll be happy if I can stay steady until after the 1st, then really put some focus on my health in Jan.

    :smile: I pulled out a pair of "too small" pants to try on... hadn't touched them in YEARS because I knew there was no squeezing into them... they were tight but zipped, I'm only a few pounds away from cycling them back into my wardrobe.

    Well, I gained again. I have had family over from Cyprus so have been eating out a lot and I haven't been eating well at all. To be honest, I've been doing a lot of comfort eating and the scale proves it. This year has been the worse year of my life and I have turned to food lately, I'm not proud of that. But 2012 will be different and you will see a new Pany in a weeks time!

    A gain, but considering the family vacation and not being able to work out at all because of illness, I have to be okay with that. It actually encourages me for when it comes time to maintain my weight.

    This next week my goals are to get some exercising in before the weekend (next Sunday is my first 5k run). Challenge, eating healthy when I still feel sick.

    I have removed the totals from challenge goal weight and Weight Loss Remaining to Goal until after the new year when I will set new ones.

    I gained .2 lbs this week, and despite it being my first gain throughout the course of this challenge, I am totally comfortable with it.

Make good food and exercise choices (especially with another work luncheon coming up and in the face of the roaster full of nuts and bolts that my Mother in Law made!) and get a healthy amount of sleep.     This was mostly achieved. I have only a .2 lbs gain. As for not worrying about my Mom, it seemed that was irrelevant...she surprised us and flew out hear to spend Christmas with us!!!!

    I am going to continue last weeks goal through this week. I feel really good about how well I did through Christmas.
