    My family is doing it for the 2nd time. Today will be day 2 for us. :)

    I started the 21 Day Vegan Kickstart this year. In the beginning, some days were not that good because there were foods in the house to use up. But, every day that passes, I'm getting better at sticking to a vegan diet!
