Guilt.

Guilt has certainly been the worst feeling I have experienced and it only continues. Sophia would have turned 7 yesterday and I forgot yesterday was her birthday. this has happened over the past couple years where when the day comes I just forget, I seem to always remember when it's to late to escape the guilt. sometimes I wonder what is wrong with me, I have blocked the feelings so well that I rarely feel sad or reminiscent, the only emotion that ever comes through is guilt. Happy Birthday Sophia, I love you.
