Hey CAD'ers!

Today's challenge:
Eat five full servings of vegetables today! Vegetables are a great low-calorie and filling snack. If you're not a fan of them on their own, try sneaking them into your food. Add some spinach to your morning smoothie- you won't even taste it! Feel free to post other ways you managed to sneak veggies into your day. You can do this!

    Fortunately I love my veggies! I do recall reading somewhere that you can blend some carrots, celery, spinach etc right into your marinara or whatever sauce you like. Helps gets your consumption levels up!
