    The FIT test wasn't undoable but tough. I was on the floor at the end and my legs were shaking long after the test. I'm scared for tomorrow's workout!

    okay, although i didn't do as well as some of you.....i have to start somewhere. I know that my lower body is so much stronger than my upper body....so here they are folks:

    Switch Kicks- 95
    Power Jacks- 50
    Power Knees- 120
    Power Jumps- 36
    Globe Jumps- 8
    Suicide Jumps- 9
    Push up Jacks- 11
    Lower Plank Oblique- 25

    My upper body screamed at me the last 3 excersizes......looking forward to the next fit test.

    Ok here are my results from the fit test this morning!

    Starting Wt 153.4
    Starting BF% 29.6

    Switch Kicks: 80
    Power Jacks: 49
    Power Jumps: 11 (never have been able to do these they hurt my knees and I have to be very careful)
    Globe Jumps: 9
    Suicide Jumps: 17
    Pushup Jacks: 14
    Side Oblique: 52

    Ugg.... I dislike pushups!

    I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed about my results. I know that I'm not in the best of shape but I realized how out of shape I really I'm. Honestly, I got discouraged and haven't done any of the workouts since. But since coming on here and reading all your posts I got motivated again. I'm so glad that I am in this group. :happy:

    I've definitely got room for a whole lot of improvement. Still not too bad for a person carrying around and extra 100 pounds that I need to lose. It's hard to lift a body that heavy off the ground for those jumps.
    Can't wait to see how I do on the next fit test.

    First Fit Test, Second Fit Test
    switch kick = 53, 60
    power jacks = 40, 50
    power knees = 71, 83
    power jumps = 32, 48
    globe jumps = 10, 11
    suicide jumps = 10, 13
    push up jacks = 22, 26
    low plank oblique = 20, 23

    You will definitely improve. My balance is getting so much better. I still have a long way to go but feel really good working out.

    Whew! I knew I was out of shape, but geez. It definately helps that me and my boyfriend are doing this together and that I have this forum. Wish me luck for the actual work out!!!

    Hi! I just started with the Fit Test today, so I will be a week behind you guys. It definitely kicked my butt! But here are my results:
    Starting weight: 210

    Switch Kicks: 22 (I did 44 but 2=1 right?)
    Power Jacks: 30
    Power Knees: 66
    Power Jumps: 9
    Globe Jumps: 7
    Suicide Jumps: 6
    Pushup Jacks: 7
    Low Plank Obliques: 25

    Not the best but I can only go up from here! Imagine what I can do minus 85 pounds!

    Here are my results.

    Suicide Jumps: 3*
    Pushup Jacks: 4*
    Low Plank Obliques: 15**

    * The numbers look okay for most of them, but actually, I was unable to do any of them with good form. I hope that by the next fit test, I can perform them with proper form.
    **These I did the right way, and as low as this number may seem, I had to DIG DEEP to get these. I wanted to quit when I got to ten, but I pushed out five more before time was up.



    Not sure if anyone is doing the same, but I've decided to keep track of certain measurements here.

    I am hoping to lose an inch a week off of my stomach and 2 pounds a week for the first 4 weeks!

    I feel ya, I wanted to start on the 1st but literally came down with strep throat on 1/1/12. I'm two weeks later than everyone else.
