The FIT test wasn't undoable but tough. I was on the floor at the end and my legs were shaking long after the test. I'm scared for tomorrow's workout!

okay, although i didn't do as well as some of you.....i have to start somewhere. I know that my lower body is so much stronger than my upper body....so here they are folks:

Power Jumps: 11 (never have been able to do these they hurt my knees and I have to be very careful)

I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed about my results. I know that I'm not in the best of shape but I realized how out of shape I really I'm. Honestly, I got discouraged and haven't done any of the workouts since. But since coming on here and reading all your posts I got motivated again. I'm so glad that I am in this group. :happy:0 -

I've definitely got room for a whole lot of improvement. Still not too bad for a person carrying around and extra 100 pounds that I need to lose. It's hard to lift a body that heavy off the ground for those jumps.

You will definitely improve. My balance is getting so much better. I still have a long way to go but feel really good working out.

Hi! I just started with the Fit Test today, so I will be a week behind you guys. It definitely kicked my butt! But here are my results:
Starting weight: 210
Switch Kicks: 22 (I did 44 but 2=1 right?)
Power Jacks: 30
Power Knees: 66
Power Jumps: 9
Globe Jumps: 7
Suicide Jumps: 6

Not the best but I can only go up from here! Imagine what I can do minus 85 pounds!0 -

* The numbers look okay for most of them, but actually, I was unable to do any of them with good form. I hope that by the next fit test, I can perform them with proper form.
**These I did the right way, and as low as this number may seem, I had to DIG DEEP to get these. I wanted to quit when I got to ten, but I pushed out five more before time was up.
