I'm posting this a bit early but don't know when i'll be back to log again. family coming over. i started level 2 this week, will be doing 3 days of it and then a rest day on 12/25. level 2 is a beast! but i didn't mind it. some of the moves will definitely take some getting used to. not loving the 1 legged burpees or the surrenders. actually i find it to really get my heart rate up the whole time. this is a good thing but i found level 1 was not so much like that. wondering what kind of craziness level 3 will bring. I won't be tackling that one until the new year! how is everyone else doing with things?

    Still on L1 as I'm alternating between this, 6W6P and gym time. Being on holiday actually makes it trickier to get my workouts in because hubby waits anxiously for me to finish up so we can get on with the day. I really like this level, and agree about my heart rate, but I got a HRM for Xmas and it actually read my heart rate as much higher than I thought it would. Looking forward to L2 for that reason, though it sounds scary.
