Hey CAD'ers!
Today's challenge:
I know many of you won't have time to fit in a workout on Sunday, so this is going to be "No Excuses Saturday". Make sure to get in a full workout today!
Stay under your caloric goal, minimize the processed crap, eat as many servings of fruits and vegetables as possible as well as as much protein as possible.
No excuses today MFP! You can do this!
