Hi guys,
I did Turbo Fire and Chalene extreme for about 2 month and haven't lost so many pounds but great results allover my shape.
Last week I started Insanity and Rev abs. didn't like Rev abs so much but Insanity is a killer program.
But what I have noticed that when I start a new program I don't finish the full workout in the designed time. I mean when it says in 40 minutes I finished it may be after 70 because I do alot of stops during the workout.
What I noticed with turbo fire that ai did Fire 45 ez ( after 2 month ) in about 55 minutes which is great for me .
So my question: Is everyone like me or you do the full workout in the specified time????
Can you share your experience with beach body programs?
Thanks,

I do the full insanity/asylum workouts. When I do a video for the first time, I might have to rewind it to catch on to the move but other than that I follow it. I would do what u can and have a goal to get thru the whole video w/o stoppng. Good luck!0

For me it depends on the workout I am doing. If I am doing P90X I will have to pause to switch out weights etc. so it takes longer. If I am doing Insanity then it will take the normal amount of time because I don't have to stop for any weird reason.0
