What are some good sources of vegan omega 3's or supplements? I use chia seeds on occasion but what else is out there?

Chia and flax seeds are good. There are also a number of supplements. I've used V Pure for a while, it's made from processed algae, so it supposed to be similar to fish oil, but without the dead fish. It's pretty expensive.
  • Flax seeds are the richest source of Omega 3's on the planet, also one of the cheapest and most versatile :D

    My recommendation: Hemp seeds!!

Hemp seeds and oil have the perfect ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3. This is important, as the two types of omegas compete for absorption in your body. Hemp seeds are a lot softer than flax, and therfore don't need to ground before you ingest them. They are tasty to boot!

I like Brendan Brazier's book "Thrive". Check it out.
