Hey CAD'ers!

Today's challenge:
Declutter an area you've been putting off today! Whether it's the attic, the pesky junk drawer or your desk, clean it up today! Clutter adds stress to your life which makes your body release cortisol, which has negative effects on your body including slowing or stopping weight loss. So get decluttering! You will feel so much relief afterwards.

    Uugggg.... I've been putting off my spare room again. I had it all cleaned up and then BAM ... a mess.

    I will clean out my kitchen today....I know there are some drawers that are untidy so this is a great day for doing it.

    I desperately need to tackle this challenge throughout my house. However, I'm going to start with my desk. Its really needs more time than I have now but I will start by sorting and putting things in some logical piles.

    A local church will be collecting donations tomorrow...now is the perfect time to declutter my house of things I don't use. First place to start, my kids old toys they aren't playing with, and my over stuffed bedroom drawers! DONE! :happy:
