    Here are my New Year's Resolutions:
    1. Complete another round of Rushfit (perhaps explore P90X)
    2. Get a coach for western riding
    3. Reach my goal weight with the help of MFP, my Bodymedia Fit, Eating Right and Exercise
    4. Rock a bikini without shame this summer
    5. Be proud of where I get when I hit final alteration time for my wedding dress
    6. Feel beautiful on my wedding day
    7. Celebrate my successes and feel good about my accomplishments
    8. Start a new job with fervor, show them it was a good choice to hire me, change lives.
    9. Branch out and attend social events
    10. Love like I have never loved before. Tell people how much they mean to me. Be the best person that I can be.

    12/30 - 190.4

    Boo, gained .2, which I really shouldn't be upset about, but on Tuesday I stepped on the scale and it said 188.9. I was sooo excited and just kinda bombed from there. Oh well, dusting myself off and not letting it get to me.

    I really need to get a bit more consistent with my exercise. I just get so busy, which I think I shouldn't be using as an excuse. Everyone gets busy and are able to stick with it.

    A 0.2 lb gain over Christmas is something to be OKAY with. That's nothing!!

    Hey guys, I forgot that I'm on holidays for a couple of days at the beginning of next week. That means that I may be a day late on charting!

    177.2. Bummer a 1.2 gain. :b I've lost .8 of that since yesterday but Thursday is my official day so gotta go with the 177.2. ;)

    I'm not really weighing in anymore cuz of the new bun in the oven, but I did want to say that I lost 0.7lbs and it brought me down to my first goal AND my dec goal of 199lbs! =) yay!!!

    Strengths: Have started my diet, changed to Atkins, lost lots of my gained weight over the week.

    Struggles: Too much food, not enough excersise

    Goal for the week: 3000 calories through excercise, drink my water, stick to my LC plan

    1st of all, Happy New Year everyone!! Unfortunately, I weigh more now than when I started. I really overdid it at the start of the week. I was up to 228 on Wednesday morning! I felt sick, I had no energy, I was tired and I had to do something. So I started eating right and even though I ate alot yesterday, I didn't binge and I'm at 221.6 today. So while that's 7.6 pounds up this week, it's 6.4 pounds less than 4 days ago.

    December was a very tough month for me and I did lots of comfort eating. But I'm not going to blame all the stuff on my mind as ultimately, my destiny is in my own hands. Only I control what goes into my mouth and I have to take responsibility for my actions.

    My plan is to follow a low carb plan for 3 months, work out regularly and lose lots of weight!

    Reporting a bit late...

    140 lbs - official weight on 12/31 -> I had really hoped to get into the 130s by the end of Dec, however this is pretty close so I'll take it!

    I had an exciting start to Sat morning - the scale actually read 139 when I first stepped on... I double and triple checked in disbelief, still 139 lbs... until I repositioned it on the tile floor & it popped up to 140 (which is more realistic given my previous week weight 140.5 and a so-so week of food choices and logging).

    That leaves me with 5 lbs to go in the next 6 wks for Vday goal 135 lbs... perhaps a bit of a stretch goal given my 0.5 lb/wk average losses (only about 200 calorie deficit/day). But, I'll still work on getting as close as possible!

    I'm still thinking on 2012 goals and revising my personal goals... will post an update soon.

    I know I'm late in getting my number in, so I understand if it doesn't make it this week. Time just got away from me last night!

    My weight as of 1/1 was 191.0, which is a .5 loss from the previous week.
