Newbie just saying "hi" :)

Hey guys :). I'm Lydia, I am 22, and gave birth two and a half weeks ago to my second kiddo. I have already lost the "baby weight", but am looking to lose more, and to tone up...I need to tone up A LOT! Any support, suggestions, friend requests, etc. are more than welcome! I am excited for this year, and would love to make friends on here because it's a little hard to get out of the house and be social with a 2 year old and a 2.5 week old, lol :)

    Hi, I'm a newbie in this group as well.

    I gave birth 3 weeks ago to #2 though I still have lots of weight to loose before I'm in the final tone up stages.

    I'm new here too, and gave birth almost two weeks ago. I ended my pregnancy ten pounds lighter than when I started, so I guess I don't have any baby weight to lose, but I do have a bunch of 'extra' weight to lose. That freshman year of college almost four years ago did me in (gained 100 pounds)!

    I'm wondering if sleep deprivation helps you lose weight. If so, I'm going to lose weight so fast.
