What was everyone's game plan for holiday eating? I tried to really limit the sweets, and drank more tea.

Before I went to a social gathering where there would be food, I planned in my head what I would eat. For example, I would allow one trip to the food table and one treat if I wanted it. Because going back to the food table is always a temptation for me, I tried keeping myself busy by talking to other people or helping the host. A big thing that helped was keeping my back to the food table or positioning myself as far away from it as possible. Drinking water also helped with not consuming calories through beverages.0

I have greatly limited my Caffiene intake. went from ~2 soda's a day and ~1 coffee a day, to one a week of either or0
