    strengths: Once I get going and get on track I go for it, but I need a good kick in the butt to get started
    weakness: I have a sweet tooth and sometimes I don't even notice I'm snacking. Also, I ALWAYS find and excuse not to work out (with three kids and a full-time job I'm beat!)

    Hi, my name is Kathie. I just joined and feel that getting and giving encouragement to lose will motivate me to stay on track. I'm hoping to be lighter by June 1st and have set goals of tracking my food, exercising more and not having my evening wine until June 1st.

    Strengths: I have decreased my caloric intake and drink plenty of water during the week. I also do not drink sodas- one every so often and its usually a fruit soda or tea
    Weakness: I love food and go crazy with snacks and fries. Also, I used to love working out, now I dread it to the point that I don't.
