I can't do this challenge because I am on water restrictions due to a heart problem. I am getting in my doc recommended 2 liters of water daily though.0

I am on my last 32 ozs of the day. For anyone that's struggling with this, the best thing I've found for myself is that I drink one of my bottles first thing in the morning, either alternating while I drink my coffee or after my coffee. I used to always drink my coffee in the morning and not start my water until I left the house, so usually around 10 am, and I would struggle to get it all in. But now if I can drink a whole bottle before I leave the house, then I just drink one while I'm working and fill up again when I get home and I'm done.0 -
