My name is Jessie and I live near Muskegon. With New Year's coming do you have any goals or resolutions to share? My goal is to lose 40 pounds this year! Nice to meet you all!

    Hi Jesse.
    We are almost neighbors. I am in Kent City, right on the Muskegon county line.
    I am 10 pounds from my target weight. My goal is to loose that in the first 6 months, and keep it off during the following 6 months.
