Insanity

Hey All, I've been doing Insanity for about 1 month now, and have seen some great gains. One thing I've noticed is I'm starting to loose some muscle....On my off days I try to add some weight lifting primarily for my Biceps. What would be a great program to do next to work on both strength and abs... Thanks for your feedback.

    Have you tried P90X? If you would like to stay with the Beachbody products, I would highly recommend it!
  • Not Yet.... I'm thinking of mixing the two (Hybrid).

    I am doing a mix between P90X2 and Insanity. Not following a hybride schedule but mixing in Insanity on off P90 days or utilizing it for a few doubles a week. Seems to be working great and give me the best of both world, major cardio and weight training. Let me know what you decide.
