Till we kiss the floor. I feel sooooooo guilty for not doing my full workout this morning..tho this trip was much needed and well worth it. I did do 40 before I left.. Can't wait to hit it in the morning and burn it down!
Gonna feel cheated to only do one on the first.so what say we do out normal max plus one? Least for those who are advanced..don't kno how else to word that...no offence to any who are starting out.

Yeah, my daily goal is AT LEAST the 1 (or whatever day we're on). On my otherwise rest day, Sundays, that's probably all I'll do. But for starters, the rest of the week, I think I'll be doing more. Been practicing with good ol' Jillian Michaels :laugh:0
