My goals this year are to complete a couple of halfs. And to run a 10k race with my husband. He just started running with me a month ago. So my goal is for him to run a 10k.

Time goals include a 35:00 5k and a 1:10:00 10k. My time goal for my first half is 3:00:00. I'm hoping by the third one to get my time down to 2:45:00

If my foot is better I want to do a marathon this year, definitely the same half I did last year and same 10k I did, too. I hope add some other races if only my foot is ready!

I only started running last year, so I have a few:
    1) continue running and loving running!
    2) my first 10K in a few weeks - would love to have a race PB of under an hour
    3) train for and run a half marathon, hoping to find an autumn one to give me a bit of time

Since I am currently on the disabled list, I am not sure what my mileage goal will be for the year, probably 1500 Miles and at least 1 15K, 2 Half marathons, 1 full marathon and some other fun races that I enjoy running that happen here in Jacksonville.

My mileage goal for 2012 is 600 miles. And finish both of my Half Marathon's with respectable times.

Spend the entire year injury free. That's a rare occurrence.

My main goal is to run 1000 miles this year.

Also to complete my first 25k, as well as my first full marathon... and of course several other distance races (half marathon/10k/5k)... and maybe, just maybe, a 100k team relay trail race!!!!
  • 1000 miles in 2012 (I will settle for 750 though!) and 2 half marathons!
  • After my half in a few weeks, I plan to reduce my weekly distance and focus on speed until late summer. Main 2012 goal: sub-4:00 marathon in December!

    Run at least 1000 miles.
Complete me 1st marathon (May 6th)
Hopefully complete my 1st Marathon in under 5 hours, but finishing it will be enough.

I've already completed one goal-- Warrior Dash! such as intense and hard cord 5K

    Short term goal:
Run at least 20 miles/week (so far this has varied...logged 30 one week, but only 15 another) For the remainder of 2012, I WILL achieve this goal!!

    Upcoming races:
Complete Iron Girl half in Clearwater Beach, FL and make PR (better than 02:00:15)

    Run 3000 miles in 2012.
    Sub 3:30 marathon.
    Sub 43:00 10k.
    Sub 20:00 5k.
Become the fastest over 50 runner in my town. That one will probably be the toughest. I need to knock about seven minutes off my half marathon time by next January and hope the other guy doesn't get any faster.

I took a 2 yr hiatus from running races,so my 2012 goal is to run more races. i have already done 1 5k, won my age group, 10k, placed 3rd in masters, signed up to do 2 1/2 marathons, and have 2 more 10ks on my radar. I have also resolved to run every day that i dont' work (to hard to run on work days I work 12 hr shifts), the only excpetion is if Sunday is recovery day from a run that requires recover...then I walk.
