As we come to this great last day of 2011 success...We are so focused and proud of the success of the year..Let's keep it going...If you hadn't signed up for tomorrow 2012 1st official workout then commit to it now..How fun will it be to have a group of String Dedicated Men and women doing the same workout all over the world together as one..AWESOME...

    I wish everyone much success in 2012 and their accomplishments on losing weight in 2011. I hope they realize it's a LIFELONG COMMITMENT not a 1 year or I got into my size 6 now I can relax commitment.
