Happy New Year ladies! Hope you both had a lovely christmas.

weight loss this fortnight: 3 pounds
total loss: 23 lbs
I failed in my plan to only take two days off i took boxing day off as well. I gained weight over christmas but i think a lot of it must have been water weight because it fell straight off and took another 3 lbs with it. I am back on track with my calorie counting now so my challenge for this next week is to get back on track with the exercising.

I forgot to weigh in this morning and I've already had lunch so I'll get up early tomorrow and log in
Congratulations on getting back on track!
I did well over Christmas but completely failed last night.
I'm looking forward to everyone going back to school/work this week
and next week my In Laws will be headed out so we won't be eating
as poorly as we have been the past month.

thanks it is great having a group to keep me accountable. It was pretty awesome this morning when i didn't have to make the usual new years resolution to lose weight because i am already doing it! Christmas tests us all and it will be really nice to have routine and normality back!0

Last weeks personal challenge:
Survive New Years week while watching portion sizes (dangerous left overs) and wine intake.
Get to at least three gym classes.
Did not complete.
New Years Eve the snack foods were out and I didn't do as well as I could have.
That said, I also didn't do nearly as bad as I could have so I think I'm ok with this.
I made it to the gym twice but was fighting a head cold so I didn't want to push too hard.
This weeks personal challenge:
Get to the gym three times (bonus points for a fourth!)
Remain under my calorie goal (1500 base) every day this week.
