A new year, a new workout, a new lifestyle!

Good Morning M.O.M. members and Happy New Year 2012!
whoever wanted to start the fitness challenge with me, today is the day!!! I am going to start the Supreme 90 day workout today which I heard was quite intense and is just as good as P90x or Insanity! If any of you want to do this with me and get our *kitten* kicked, lets do it! Along side with the fitness challenge, this is the year for me to change my lifestyle and get out of the unhealthy rut for good. I will be planning each meal carefully with raw foods, lean proteins and complex carbs, use tact and choose healthier options while eating out like opting for a fruit plate instead of fries (sadness I'm a sucker for fries). I have a power juicer and I will also be consuming 1c. of fresh fruit & veg juice a day which I like to call my mean lean green. consuming fruit and veg in its raw state is not only good for your body but it will boost your metabolism while working out. Also, I will also be consuming protein shakes for one of my snacks on days that I work out and on my rest days (one a week) will consume raw fruit and veg for snacks. Not only will the protein feed your muscles while working out but it will also help with not feeling the intense soreness the day after a workout. I also want to get into the habit of every morning as soon as I wake up to drink 4c. of water. Not only is it a good idea to replenish water in your body from hours of sleep but drinking a good amount of water right in the morning helps aid in good digestion! And don't forget your multivitamins!!!
