Morning LOVES!!!!
When I say I am Proud of you for Toughing out this challenge inspite of The Holidays of Christmas and New Years...We still committed to doing whats required...SO NOW IS THE TIME TO STEP IT UP....This week the requirement is LEVEL 1 and 2 combined for this Week...Then we are off to only Level 2 Next week....COME ON...We are taking it there! You want those results and how else to start 2012 going...Lets update and SUPPORT one another More than you know...From what I hear..We are definitely going to need it for that level 2...SO LETS DO THIS! LOVE Yall!

Completed Level 1 & 2 today! I will have to get up earlier to get this done. Barely made it to work on time and I cut out the cool down!:ohwell: What a way to start the new year! Everyone have a great Monday.0

Ooo, I am excited to try level 2. Level 1 is good but I am ready for the challenge. The husband has been doing this with me but I don't know if he is ready for level 2, I'll keep everyone posted if he sticks it out and does level 2 with me0

Level 2 is longer and quite a bit harder (at least for me) than Level 1. But its a really good workout!0 -
This is day 1 level 1 for me I burned 495 calories, average heart rate today 165 and maximum heart rate today 197 on the polar ft70

Hands down..Level 2 is ny far the hardest of ALL THE jillian cds I have done..Boy did I want to give up so many times especially on the last 2 circuits. My God where the heck so think of this stuff from..Being it was first attempt at this level A LOT OF MODIFICATIONS WENT DOWN..I am definitely going to continue to work on a lot of the moves..Funny how this level came on New Yrs week! We definitely going to have to keep pushing...0

I'm still here! I'm a little behind just completed Week 2/Day 3/Level 1 yesterday. I will complete Level 1 today and get started on Level 2 tomorrow for Week 3! It is hard!0

Did both Levels yesterday and Not going to even comment how I feel about it...BUT NOT THAT GOOD..:explode: :explode: ... Definitely will get my next 2 days of it...Only can stand it for 4 doing both...Will be off MFP for the weekend...catching up on some much needed ME TIME...but keep pushing pals..You guys are amazing!0

Completed Wk 1& 2! Whew! Jillian kicked my butt today! Planks are tough for me! I have to strengthen my arms. So I am getting some 8 lb weights. I have 5lbs already I will use those the rest of this week and increase next week to 8. This is a fun workout! She even pushes the modified lady!0

Okay I'm back and ready to carry on fighting. Sorry that I haven't been posting, I had to have surgery to remove my appendix and I couldn't carry on with this intense workout for a while after. I got back on track this morning, up at 6 am to get both levels in before my 8 o clock class. Felt so good to get back in some proper exercise, I've only been doing walking and some low impact cardio. Glad the rest of you are doing so well!0

Hey everyone, I see u all are doing awesome on the challenge! I had to drop out for a week due to some personal issues, but now I am back and in full effect, I may start week 4 either tonight or tomorrow for sure. Lets keep this challenge up :-)0

I started back w/ my week 3/day 2 (level 2) yesterday. Playing catch up. It's difficult to gather some energy while fasting but I'm going to try my best to be consistent. I have a higher calorie burn when I do a 1-2 mile interval run warmup.
I have also been alternating 5-8 lbs weights.0
