Started Lifting three weeks ago

Ok here is a ange question! I started lifting about three weeks ago. I have never lifted before and I do about a 45 minute session on Mon, Wed and Fri. I then do an hour of cardio on the Treadmill. But by the end of my lifting session I start feeling nausious. I drink small sips of water and I feel somewhat better. I am not sure why. Is this something someone has heard about or experienced? Thank for the feed back!

First of all, congrats on your success so far!
I haven't experienced nausea specifically, though I have struggled through workouts due to not properly fueling my body beforehand. In addition to your scheduled workouts, are you ensuring sufficient protein intake each day? That will support your strength training, & carbs will help with energy for the cardio. 1:45 is a pretty long workout; maybe try a protein shake between the lifting & cardio to see if that helps any?0
