Morning or Evening??

I have been doing it mid morning after breakfast, but I am thinking the days I am doing resistance- classic- MWF- I could easily do it in the morning. It would be better anyways. It speeds up ur metabolism when you work out first thing. Just eat a little something- like a slice of toast or .5 banana or something. I did a boot camp like 3 yrs ago at 530 am and it was very effective eorking out in the monring.0

If you have the time, split the difference.
Do the "cardio" stuff in the morning - Plyo, Kenpo, Yoga. You'll be burning fat on an empty stomach, and you'll be revved up for the day. Do your resistance workouts after work, you'll have more energy and be able to use more weight.0
