For dinner tonight I made:
A piece of frozen cod, sprinkled with dill baked in a parchment paper bag with a bag of broccoli and sprinkled with lemon juice.
I also made a half cup of dilled brown rice.
It was fantastic! My fiancee even liked it!

Can you tell us how you maded dilled brown rice? Did you just put some dill seasoning in the with the rice as it was cooking?0 -
Yep! It just adds a bit of flavor (cuz I noticed after only 2 days that rice is a bit boring!)0

I "stole" my moms salsa recipe and wanted to share... I don't like "hot" foods but you can add more of the bottom two peppers plus a jalapeno to kick it up a notch
Ingredients
Raw - Tomato, 3 medium
Generic - Fresh Cilantro, half a bunch (from the store)
Bell Peppers - Yellow, Raw, 0.25 pepper (186 g/3.75" long, 3" diameter)
Real Lime - Lime Juice, 2 tsp (really to taste)
Morton - Fine Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp. (really to taste)
Mccormick - Ground White Pepper, 1 tsp (really to taste)
Peppers - Hungarian, raw, 0.33 pepper
Fresh Produce - Poblano Pepper Raw, 25 g
One scalion/onion
If you add the whole pepper (hungarian and poblano) plus the jalapeno make it with 6 tomatoes and the the whole bunch of cilantro :bigsmile:0 -
Breakfast: One orange and 1/4 c whole raw almonds
Lunch: 1.5 Fat free hot dog, with banana peppers on a roll with hot sauce
Dinner: 4 ounces ground beefalo, with 4 cups shredded lettuce, 1 roma tomato and salsa
Think I will need to get some popcorn..... need salt!0 -
This morning I made my egg whites like an omlet. Then put a tortilla in another pan to warm it up/toast it and springled some colby jack cheese in it. Finally add the egg white omlet and fold tortilla in half!! Instand goodness!!!!0
