how does this challenge work? I am looking for something that has weekly weigh ins and serious friends who are commited.. also one that doesn't have like 200 members lol it is to hard for me to keep up with the posts!

    Hello Mrs Tomkins!

    I just now joined this group, and since yours is the only post on it in the three weeks it's been around, I don't know if anyone is actively participating here.

    The Fat Flush diet is a super-clean, fairly easy to follow regimen designed by Ann Louise Gittleman, PhD, CNS (you can find out about her and her books at annlouise dot com). I would recommend finding a used copy of her book, The Fat Flush Plan ($7 at Amazon - or better yet, get it from the library if you're uncommitted), and giving it a thorough read. It's a LOT of information to digest, but being so well informed about your nutrition makes staying on the regimen pretty compelling.

    I've been on the regimen for three years out of the past ten, and every time I returned to it I lost weight (from 25-40lb) and been in radiant health. I struggle with depression and occasionally go down long, dark paths of poor nutrition, but when I pull myself up out of these periods this is the regimen I use to bring myself back to health and vitality.
