Grand Total= 3500!
Day 1, I started with 4 sets of 25. On Day 15, I moved to 3 sets of 34. On Day 21, I started doing 2 sets of 50. Tomorrow I am going to attempt to do them all in one set. Then I'll start over with weights. I can really feel a difference since I started. I can't wait until day 100.0 -
01/09/2012 - 400 Squats and 1900 so far. I will most likely rest tomorrow and resume on Wednesday. If not, I will just do 100.
