I hurt my knee a few days ago and am hoping to get back in the game on Monday. I did not do any for the past few days but will try and catch up!

Denise, I am so sorry to hear about your knee :sad: :sad: :sad: I hurt my knee awhile back and it was so hard for me to rest it so it would heal.....I wish you a speedy recovery :flowerforyou:0 -

Hi all,
I started on 1/1 and have done 100 squats a day since. I guess I will go to 100 days that way, not sure if I can catch up. Today is a big day for me as I plan to add 1 pound weights for 1 set of 20. It doesn't sound like much, but when you have arthritis from elbow to elbow and on the front and back of your neck, the weights are going to seem like a lot. I hope that before the 100 days is up I will be up to 5 pound weights for a couple of sets a day.

01/08/2012 - 400 Squats in different sets and 1500 so far. I decided to do more since I wasn't really feeling them anymore.0

I'm up to 1600 and I'm starting to really see my muscles on my legs! I wonder how they'll look after all of this...lol0

Can definately see a change in the legs, toning, feel stronger. Just imagine a 100 days from now, looking forward to it that's for sure, loving the squats.0 -

Day 1, I started with 4 sets of 25. On Day 15, I moved to 3 sets of 34. On Day 21, I started doing 2 sets of 50. Tomorrow I am going to attempt to do them all in one set. Then I'll start over with weights. I can really feel a difference since I started. I can't wait until day 100.0 -
01/09/2012 - 400 Squats and 1900 so far. I will most likely rest tomorrow and resume on Wednesday. If not, I will just do 100.
