    1/4- 100 Done
    1/5-100 Done

    Grand Total= 3500!
    Day 1, I started with 4 sets of 25. On Day 15, I moved to 3 sets of 34. On Day 21, I started doing 2 sets of 50. Tomorrow I am going to attempt to do them all in one set. Then I'll start over with weights. I can really feel a difference since I started. I can't wait until day 100.

    01/09/2012 - 400 Squats and 1900 so far. I will most likely rest tomorrow and resume on Wednesday. If not, I will just do 100.

    Barbiecat, you are doing an amazing job! I had no idea of your age. You are in much better shape than I am.

    I love squats----no special clothing needed---can be done anywhere----no special equipment needed----you don't have to lie down to do them:bigsmile:

    Work Pants are nice and loose, such a great feeling.
