I'm Pat, the proud mom of two 'way-grown children, a gay man and a lesbian. My daughter just came out in August at the age of 46. We walked together in the Pride parade in Winston-Salem, NC last fall, and I just became the leader of a new chapter of PFLAG here in Cornelius, North Carolina. I'm happy to find this group on MFP.

    Welcome! My daughter is bi-sexual. In a committed relationship with a wonderful lady. And engaged to get married. Wedding to be in 10 months.

    I am so happy to hear about another parent supporting their child.
