Good Intentions Curse

Does anyone else have a curse on their good intentions. It seems like every time I INTEND to do something good, something jumps in front of my path. For example...I had the great intention of getting up this morning and going running before everyone woke up. Then of course I had a bad night sleeping and then my daughter woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. Needless to say, I didn't make it out the door this morning. I WILL, however, get my workout in today at home with my weights and on the treadmill.
