I put on weight over December :-( but it's coming back off again, and I plan on keeping it off this time.
Weight: 4th Jan - 225.9 lbs
Weight left to be no longer obese: 45.9 lbs to go
Lost 46 lbs last year, so hoping to be there by the end of 2012.
Just starting to train for my first every 1/2 marathon on 25th March 2012 - something that 18 months ago I would never have dreamed of, so might get that 45.9 lbs off quicker than I think !!!0 -
I sort of took off over the holidays. When I started tracking agian Monday I was at 247 today 244 so it is going well but I gained about 5 lbs over the holidays, ugh. I am excited to be back on track again!0
