Good morning kids.
How's everyone doing today?? Can you believe we're almost half way done?? (Well, with round ONE!! I'm probably going to continue another round. )

I'm loving this workout! I am teaming it up with other easy to do programs... I'm trying to do the progressive push up program (ie. 1/1/12 - 1 push up, 1/2/12 - 2 push ups....), the C25K and a dance fitness routine. The jumping jacks are daily, the others are about 3 days a week. I can't wait to see my weigh in on Friday morning! If I haven't lost weight I can see I'm loosing girth, which is just as exciting! Yes, I think I will continue to do these after the 21 days too!:flowerforyou:0
