Hi all!
I'm new here. I joined MFP back in November and have lost 18 lbs. 50 more to go. I'm 5'11 and started out at 238 lbs. I had not even really noticed that there were 'groups' to join until now, and I stumbled across this one. Hope it's OK that I've joined!
