Back to the old way I think...

I have changed back to MFP way today because I found I just don't have the mental willpower to stay within my allocated calories using the Olivia method. It was bound to be harder over Christmas but I just keep using up the green number so only maintaining. I've gone back to what I was on before but have adjusted my goals manually so my cals per day is 1500 (bmr is 1480). I'm hoping that I will be able to stick to this and eat a bit more at the weekends to use my exercise calories (I run and burn about 2500 per week). I have lost 30lbs since May but have struggled since October, eating a bit more and getting a bit complacent mainly. I'm back to a UK size 12 but I really want to lose another 20lbs by the end of April as that will be 1 year since I started. Hopefully I can get back on the regime now!

    Good luck to you in whatever method you choose. The goal is just to find what works best for YOU!
