I am currently reading a book filled with Scriptures that have helped me from gorging on foods. The Book is a christian based book and not all the scriptures are from KJV but still are very inspiring for me. I would like to share some with you and would love it if you find some too and share with us

Love the Lord your God with all your heart. It’s your soul that’s hungry, not your stomach. Feed it with the Word of God.

Isaiah55: 8-11
¶For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

D&C 103:36 All the righteous desires and goals we may have will not help us unless we work to achieve them. The Lord said,"All victory and glory is brought to pass unto you through your diligence, faithfulness, and prayers of faith." As we work diligently, obey the commandments, and pray, we can accomplish our righteous goals. Each day is an opportunity to come a little closer to achieving our goals. We can also make special efforts to help others reach their goals.

Doing some research on the scriptures written in this diet book. I found some of them to be written out of context or from another version of the bible but the ones that are good, or ones I come across, I thought I would share.

20 Be not among awinebibbers; among briotous eaters of flesh:
21 For the adrunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.
