    Welcome to the group.
    Today will be my challenge, yesterday after my walk I said that today i will increase my walk by a half mile. Why do I make these promises to myself lol.

    If it were not for my MFP friends constant posts etc, this would be a lot harder. It is very encouraging to know that others in the same local area are also working at this. Living in Florida is the one of the greatest perks that I know of, but having access to so many eateries is extremely trying. Each street corner has a Walgreens and CVS because in between are all of the great resturants trying to get our attention. I bet the biggest seller at the pharmacy is for acid indegestion and diet supplements.
