so what are your resolutions?

if any?

mine are to drop 15 pounds (i need to lose about 30 more, but i don't seem to be cooperating)
drink water all the time and like it
get my 5k time to 32 minutes
be able to jog/run 5 miles

what about ya'll?

    My goals are:
    so far weight wise=
    drink more water
    drop 15 lbs by the end of February.

    other goals=
    play/practice my banjo at least 3 hrs a week
    mark at least 3 hikes off of my bucket list of 'hikes i want to take'
    quit allowing other people add to my 'to do list'

    My goals:

    Would love to lose 10-15 lbs by mid-April
    Want to drink more water (I have been succeeding so far!)
    Want to set monthly weight goals and running goals that I can meet (here we go Jan!)
    Finding something fitness-wise that I love to do... possibly dance classes! :smile:
