For me some of the best motivation is seeing everyone's success stories. There's nothing like seeing everyone's before and after pics and hearing their story. I'm currently working on my before and after pic but photobucket keeps wanting to lock up tonite.
So lets hear your story and see your pics!!! It's a great way to keep everyone motivated and for us all to support each other.

So my weight loss journey started on July 4, 2011. My family had just returned from Disney World the week before and after looking back on our vacation pics I was absolutely horrified at how big and awful looking I had let myself get. I mean I knew I was big but those pics was an absolute shocker. They were definetly my breaking point. I was the biggest I had ever been at 234 lbs. (Makes me stick to even think of that) I started out trying to keep a food diary but it was hard to remember to write everything down and I could never find my notebook so I managed but it was by no means easy. Thankfully I found MFP app on my iPhone and it has been an absolute lifesaver.
The holidays did set me back a lil...not much but I gained over Thanksgiving then lost it plus a few more, then gained at Christmas and have finally lost it. So here I am 190 lbs. I went from a size 20 jeans and XXL shirts to 13/14 jeans and Large shirts. Christmas shopping was so fun this year...I could actually shop without being restricted to the plus size section - heck I didn't even get no where near that section.
The best Christmas present I got this year, I gave to myself....Self Confindence!!

Congratulations you look amazing! And yes Success stories are very motivating! I actually went through IVF to conceive my son and was on a message board for that and just read all the success stories over and over again so I could stay positive and I really feel my positive attitude and the wonderful doctor I had gave me my son!
I put on 60lbs when I had my daughter in 2006 and it took me 2 years to get within 5lbs of my pre pregnancy weight. It was a struggle but I did the south beach diet and worked out and was successful.
This time with my son I only put on 33lbs (thank goodness) and now i'm yo-yoing between 10 and 7lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. His birthday is next week my original goal was to be at my weight by then but guess what i'm pretty proud that ive lost as much as I have and by February with all of your help i'll be there!0
