    Favourite Exercise: Being in a wheelchair & having limited arm mobility (~90 degrees is as straight as they extend) make it tough to do a lot of exercises... but I enjoy shadow boxing during commercials or when watching YouTube videos. Learned to do it from Biggest Loser when one of the guys got a leg injury. Sometimes I use my giant orange rubber band thing to add some resistance to my swings... I probably look kinda silly.. but as long as it works. :)

    Favourite Exercise: walking, not a huge fan of exercising but I also like sex ;), just got a new bike for Christmas so I am sure that will be my next favorite way to exercise.

    I had gastric bypass 10 years ago before my 3 kids. My highest weight was 230. I want to get rid of this extra weight once and for all and be able to finally say that I am normal weight.
