Ok, so it's just after lunch and I only have 248 calories left for the day!!??
I'm kinda "doing" BFL (no sugars, etc) and eat every 2-3 hours. It worked for me last year when I lost about 15 lbs, now a lot of that is back on and I need it to go away again.
Cheeses, eggs, proteins are all high in calories, should I change my calories so i don't feel like such a failure??

I don't know about increasing the calories but I do know exercising will give you more calories to eat. I earn 120 calories for 20 minutes on the elliptical.0
